Men's Golf Card

My husband is so sporty and Golf is one of his many loves! I really enjoyed making this card and decided to make my own background using my Provo Craft Circa 12 pts stamp where you can roll the letters around and print any word you like, I have had it for years and only used it a couple of times, mostly because i forgot I had it. I found this golf stamp at the Opportunity shop about 2 years ago and here is finally the card it was destined to be used for. I also finally used my oval punches for the sentiment which I am very pleased about, I will have to use them more often.I was inspired to make this card by the Golf Movie with Will Smith & Matt Damon in The Legend of Bagger Vance, hubby needs a golf angel.  I used dimensional magic on the club handle and golf balls to add some dimension. I coloured the edges of the stamp to look tartan as with a last name like Munro I  know there is some Scottish blood in there somewhere.

Trish: Your card is so perfect for any man. Love that you used your 'old' tool to embellish your card with the word 'golf'. Glad you joined us for our "Older than 6months" Challenge at Simply Create.

Hi Trish, thanks for the visit to my blog, so glad you did. I will put you in the pot for the draw on the candy. I really like this card, great guy card. I don't think I have ever seen a gulf bag image before. Great image though, so many guys love gulf. Hugs.
